The following FAQ will answer most of the questions we hear from our customers:
What kind of consulting do you do with your leads and clients prior to install?
We meet with each client, in their home, to go over the desired scope of work, make detailed notes, get measurements, and provide suggestions on product and instillation.
Do we have to go to the store to choose our flooring products?
No, we bring samples to your location, saving you time and gas.
How do you communicate with clients during the job process?
We stay in close contact with the client throughout the process. We are also a phone call away.
Will you install the flooring I have purchased?
Yes, we will. Let us know you have flooring when you contact us.
Can vinyl or laminate be installed over tile?
Yes, as long as the tiles are not loose, cracked, or missing. Keep in mind that removing the tiles is a better instillation overall.
What are my choices with baseboard, when installing vinyl or laminate, or hardwood?
There are three choices:
reuse old baseboard (not recommended)
new quarter round (not the best look)
new baseboard (which is highly recommended!)
